ViP Consigning
When you drop off your clothing items already hung on plastic hangers (we cannot accept metal hangers) you will earn an additional 10% of your sales. Items not on hangers earn 35% of total sales.
You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning!
If you want the big items out now like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!
We DO LIMIT certain brands for our VIP Program. Unacceptable items and brands will be automatically donated, so you will want to bring your BEST items!
The Consignor check will be EMAILED on Pick Up Day. You can print from home or opt to have it direct deposited into an account.
You will receive the passes by the processor or they can be left for you at the front door of the event to be picked up by you at Pre-Sale.
You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.
The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.
All clothing must be seasonally appropriate (A detailed list will be available on the sign up google form.), less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).
We will accept all things spring and summer!! Shorts, short sleeves, summer dresses, swimsuits, water toys, tank tops, flip flops, sandals, summer shoes, athletic sandals/shoes, 4th of July themed clothing, etc. We will also accept pants, long sleeves, and light weight jackets.
We always accept name-brand sandals such as Keen, Birkenstocks and Chacos.
We will not be able to accept for our Spring and Summer Sale: heavy winter sweaters, heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid applique, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, Holiday themed clothing (only accepting 4th of July attire), or heavy winter boots. Please save these things for our next Fall and Winter Sale. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.
Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.
There is a NEWBORN CLOTHING (size 0-9 month) limit of 25 items per Consignor number, 10 Maternity and Junior Girls clothing is strictly limited to the brands listed below. Adidas Aerie American Eagle Athleta Champion Columbia Converse Flying Monkey Forever 21 Free People Kan Kan Lululemon Nike North Face Pacsun Patagonia Pink Rue 21 Under Armor Vans Zyia any Razorback attire THERE ARE NO LIMITS FOR JUNIOR BOYS. Junior sizes is anything above a size 16-18.
Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for SPRINNG and SUMMER. There is not a quantity limit on Junior Girls clothing, only brand restrictions. JUNIOR BOYS do not have any restrictions on brands or limits. They need to be in style and up to date. We take current styles that have been in the mall within the last 2-3 years, are trendy and are of current fashion geared to ages 16-22.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.
SHOES.... Rhea Lana's will accept athletic shoes, cowboy boots, rainboots, dress shoes, summer sandals, flip flops and water shoes. Please save winter shoes and snow boots for our next fall and winter sale. All shoes must be in clean, excellent condition.
Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding (This includes sheets larger than twin size, all comforters and crib bumpers)
VIP Processors love BOUTIQUE BRANDS!
