Only for the categories of newborn (size 0-6 month) hanging clothing are limited to 25 per consignor code, GIRL Junior-sized clothing limited to specific brands (listed under merchandise prep,) MATERNITY CLOTHING is limited to 10 items per consignor code, NO VHS OR DVDs, and NO VIDEO GAMES, NO BEDDING unless it is for a baby/infant. Each consignor is allowed to bring up to 300 items and pay one $15.00 consignor fee. Consignors who bring more than 300 items will be charged for an additional batch/additional consignor fee.
OPTION #1. ATTACH YOUR LABELS AT HOME and IN STORE CHECK IN - We will print your labels & you can pick them up anytime by texting 501-278-9387 or anytime during Consignor Drop Off Days and times. You may print your labels at home ON A COLOR PRINTER (please follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items.
You will be required to label your items at home before you come to Consignor Check In. Please allow one hour per 100-150 items. ALL ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST LOSS WITH THIS OPTION if you bring items in numeric order and bring a paper copy of your inventory sheet (we can print for you for $1.)

OPTION #3 LABEL YOUR ITEMS AT HOME & CURBSIDE DROP OFF - This option is available to ALL consignors w/$15 convenience fee/consignor code The process is exactly the same as Drop & Go (see info above.) ITEM GUARANTEE is waived with this option. Unsold items may be donated or picked up on Pick Up Day.
Each consignor is allowed to bring ONE GUEST of their choice with them to shop. Please know that children DO NOT count as a Guest, but we do encourage you to leave children with a sitter when possible, for safety reasons.
We strongly suggest that you make other arrangements for your kiddos for the Pre-Sale simply for safety reasons since there are lines and crowds. Shopping without your little ones will be much less stressful for you (and them.) Be sure to bring your kids' sizes, measurements and a tape measure with you, but treat yourself to a night out without kids while you have fun shopping with other moms. ***Please know that we will never turn you or your kiddos away if you must bring them. Each ticket holder is allowed to bring one Guest of their choice (children do not count as a Guest, so you may bring one adult Guest in addition to any children that you bring.)
We suggest you set the price at 25%-30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches and under separate Consignor Numbers. Register for each sale separately.

No, PLEASE use children's plastic hangers for sizes 6 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 10 and above. PLEASE, DO NOT USE ANY WIRE HANGERS unless they are plastic coated.
Place them in a ziplock bag and then seal the ziplock with clear packing tape. This is important!
First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.
If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziplock bag and put one price for the entire group. Shoppers love to buy outfits and bundles!
WRINKLED CLOTHES DO NOT SELL! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!
Yes, you may enter additional batches until the 'cut off' time. YOU WILL BE CHARGED ONE $15 CONSIGNOR FEE PER 300 ITEMS. Multiple batches are ok as long as
1. you enter additional batches using the same consignor code
2. you do not exceed the limits in infant clothing (exceeding the limits will result in being charged an additional consignor fee
3. you do not exceed the limit of 300 items per code. Once you exceed the 300 items, the system will force you to register for an additional consignor number and pay an additional consignor fee of $15.
We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
Each consignor code is allowed to enter up to 300 items for one consignor fee of $15. If you have more than 300 items, you will need to register for a second consignor code and pay an additional $15 for an additional 300 items.
