Here are some guidelines to help as you prepare your items for the sale. Click here to see what is acceptable and not acceptable for the sale.

Supplies Needed

HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items we only accept plastic hangers. Find plastic hangers at Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Stores. Retail plastic hangers are acceptable too.

STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels to. You can find these at Wal-Mart, office supply stores, the Rhea Lana Store or large quantities may be purchased from Amazon.

You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc…), masking tape, scotch tape, sharpie, and safety pins. For large quantities of quality safety pins we recommend ordering from Cleaners Supply .

If you would like to print your barcodes at home you’ll need adhesive address labels size 1” X 2 5/8” (30 up). We recommend ordering from Amazon Here. Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.

CLOTHING LIMITS AND STRING TAGS

Standard tags are 1 3/4 in. x 1 3/32 in. at Wal-Mart, Amazon, or online at the Rhea Lana's store. LARGE tags available at Mr. Postman & The Bee's Knees in Searcy for $2 per bundle of 100 tags (CASH ONLY, PLEASE.)

The better they look & smell, the better they sell! Please take time to wash & iron clothing if needed. Please check for stains, broken zippers, etc. We will be double checking at the store & will not receive any item that is not in excellent condition. Use children's plastic hangers for sizes 6 & below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 8 & up. NO METAL/WIRE HANGERS, PLEASE!

WE DO LIMIT newborn clothing (0-6 month) to 25/consignor, maternity clothing to 10/consignor, JUNIOR/ADULT sized clothing to 40/consignor, & breast pumps must be wearable/hands-free. ALL BRAND RESTRICTIONS FOR JUNIOR CLOTHING ARE REMOVED FOR HOLIDAY SALE.

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS THIS SEASON We will accept all WINTER clothing and shoes in infant, children's, and junior/adult sizes.

We WILL ACCEPT THIS SEASON:
We will ONLY ACCEPT clothing, shoes, indoor/outdoor toys, baby equipment, baby gear, furniture, decor and anything that is brand new/new with tags as they make great Christmas presents.
We WILL NOT ACCEPT (unless they are brand new/new with tags): No books, games, puzzles, arts/crafts, DVDs, video games, VHS, bows, hats, scarves, gloves, socks, belts, backpacks, purses, bags, bottles, bibs, blankets, bedding, towels, feeding accessories, etc. Please save all of these items for our next Spring/Summer sale.

Please group items together so that they will equal a value of at least $4.

All pants must be hung on a pants hanger or pinned to a hanger, not folded over, as they tend to end up on the floor.

Safety pin/rubberband all sets and accessories securely together. TWO PEICE OUTFITS SHOULD INCLUDE EACH PIECE ON A SEPARATE HANGER, AND THEN RUBBERBAND THE HANGERS TOGETHER AT THE TOP. Both pieces need to be viewable without unpinning them.

Start cleaning out your closets!
Create a 'Consignment' tub with your children's BEST clothing AND shoes that they no longer wear. Don't forget sports attire, Christmas outfits, pajamas, and play clothes in like-new condition. Shoppers love to buy high quality name brand and boutique items for less at our events. Nursery furniture, changing tables, gliders/rockers, bunk beds, and other children's furniture are among our most popular items. We also sell 95% of baby equipment and toys such as Jumparoos, high chairs, car seats, strollers, Bumbos, pack n plays, play kitchens, tool benches, and outdoor playsets!

SHOES MUST BE IN GREAT CONDITION and please ziptie together if possible - no ziploc bags needed!

Please only bring your LIKE-NEW shoes! Please follow these simple instructions when preparing shoes. First, PLEASE PUT YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER AND PRICE ON A PIECE OF MASKING TAPE ON THE BOTTOM OF or INSIDE OF EACH SHOE. Then safety pin the string tag to a shoe lace or through the shoe eyelet, AND ziptie the two shoes together so they do not get separated. SHOES THAT ARE TOO WORN, DIRTY OR HAVE HEAVY SCUFF MARKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Shoes no longer are required to be in ziploc bags.... we encourage you to ziptie shoes together so they do not get separated during the sale.

BEDDING and BLANKETS

We are not accepting any bedding, blankets, etc. for the Holiday Sale.

BREAST PUMPS

We only accept the wearable, hands free pumps like Willow, Elvie, Momcozy and Spectra brands.
We are not allowed to accept any breast pump that is issued for free from the state health department or insurance company.

LOOSE ITEMS

We will not be accepting bottles, bibs, feeding items, etc. this sale. Please save those items for our next spring/summer sale.

TOYS, FURNITURE AND BABY EQUIPMENT

FIRST, PLEASE WRITE YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER AND A PRICE ON A PIECE OF MASKING TAPE AND ATTACH TO THE ITEM. This will allow us to sell your item if the tag happens to fall off. All items must be clean and in working order (batteries included.) Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely. If parts get separated it will not sell. Games should be taped closed. Puzzles, books, and small toys should be grouped accordingly and put in ziploc bags. Secure with clear packing tape and pin tag to the ziploc bag. It is also good to write your consignor number and info on the ziploc bag with a Sharpee in case the tag comes off. Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear Saran wrap to keep the pieces intact. TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

We will only accept Disney or other name brand stuffed animals in like new condition.

Large Little Tikes Toys and Furniture are in high demand! When tagging large toys it is best to also attach a piece of masking tape to the toy with your consignor information. This will enable us to sell your toy even if the tag comes off! We sell 95% of Toys, Furniture and Baby Equipment!

Toy recall information- we will be inspecting toys very carefully. We reserve the right to pull any toy that we think might have been recalled. ALSO, per Arkansas law, we cannot/will not accept any breast pump that has been issued for FREE by the Arkansas Health Department as they are not allowed to be sold.

CAR SEATS

Your car seat must have been manufactured within the past five years OR still have a minimum of one year left before it expires/expiration date listed on manufactured sticker. It must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident. You may check the following website for current recalls: www.carseat.org/Recalls/179NP.pdf All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. You will be asked to sign a car seat waiver stating your car seat has all the pieces and is in excellent condition, has never been in an accident and is not more than five years old. Car seats will be closely inspected for safety reasons.

LIMITS FOR JUNIOR SIZED CLOTHING (clothing larger than size 18 and adult sizes)

All brand restrictions are lifted for the Holiday Sale. ALL JUNIOR CLOTHING (boys and girls) will be limited to only denim, camo, coats and athletic wear (leggings, sweats, hoodies, dri-fit, etc.) ALL OTHER JUNIOR CLOTHIG WILL BE REJECTED, so please make note.

NEW THIS SEASON

We will no longer be accepting VHS tapes, DVDs, video games or plush toys.
